Maxwell (Max) is a Senior Advisor at TBAS who has thirty plus years? experience in supporting distributed systems architecture across multiple industries including research, engineering, and the global financial markets. He has developed expertise is in UNIX and Windows operating systems, network & trading floor systems design as well as program & project management, software development lifecycle & role-based workflow.

In addition to systems, operations & program management knowledge Mark Maxwell has developed strong expertise in managing teams and leading people with over a decade and a half experience as a leader. He has ITIL certifications and has lead successful implementations of both ITIL best practices & Lean principles in combination. Mark is also a writer and co-author of technology-related non-fiction, educational & training materials.
