Lorenzo Pugliano, CEO, Nationwide Screening Services

Lorenzo Pugliano is the son of an Italian immigrant and is a first-generation Italian American. A native to New York City, Lorenzo is a graduate of LaSalle Military Academy and St John’s University, Peter J. Tobin College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in economics. Lorenzo is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners, The Society of Human Resource Management, and the National Credit Reporting Association.

In 2009, Lorenzo was named one of the 40 most influential mortgage professionals under 40 in the National Mortgage Professional magazine for his relentless pursuit of creating new products and services for his clients to succeed.  One of his companies,  Platinum Credit Services, Inc. was ranked the 576 fastest growing company in the country, the 41st fastest growing company in  New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the 32nd fastest growing financial company in the nation in 2008.

Lorenzo has over 20 years of experience in managing corporations, recruiting, training, and managing salespeople and for 12 of those years with ADP a Fortune 500 company.  He is accredited for starting three successful corporations from the ground up, Platinum Credit Services, Accurate Appraisal Management and, Nationwide Screening Services, full-service employment, and tenant screening company.

Lorenzo manages the day-to-day operations for Nationwide Screening Services the nation’s fastest-growing screening company from their headquarters in Melville NY.
